Moisture: Corn Moisture affects the ability of hammer mills to effectively breakup corn prior to processing, reducing efficiency. No load averaging, and no shrinkage or drying charges.

Test Weight: Test Weight reflects the volume of starch needed to produce an equivalent amount of Ethanol. Lower TW requires more corn to produce equivalent amount of Ethanol. Basis 54.0 TW (no discount).
